All orders received are subject to order confirmation. The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. All product information is accurate to the best of our knowledge. The order confirmation is issued when the order is identified as ready for processing. Orders are processed within 24 hours of the order confirmation being issued. All products remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received prior to shipping.
Pricing & Special Promotions
The Prices set out on our Site are in Euro, sets out the full retail price including VAT. However the prices exclude freight or shipping charges. Currently we do not charge any handling fee for accepting payment by credit card. Prices for Products and specifications for Products are subject to change without notice whether due to currency fluctuations, change in prices to us by our suppliers or for other reasons.
Where special promotions are shown these are subject to change without notice up to the time of order confirmation. Special pricing promotions are at the sole discretion of the supplier and subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Delivery
After order confirmation your order will be passed to the shipping stage. Shipping is only authorised once payment has been received in full and the order confirmation has been issued. The Shipping charges calculated may vary and we will inform you if there is any change in the shipping cost quoted. The Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation. You agree that we shall have the right to deliver multi product orders in installments if necessary. Title to Products in the order will only pass to the customer when full payment is made to us including all charges. The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. If you receive the wrong product please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We aim to promptly delivery your order within 10 working days but this is not guaranteed as we rely on contracted couriers.
All and any returns must be applied for and approved by our returns department. We are happy to accept returns for the purpose of exchange, credit or under cooling-off period subject to conditions.
Right to Cancel or �Cooling-Off Period� European Consumer Centre Ireland
Under the Act, 'Distance Buying' when purchasing over the internet the consumer is entitled to a 'Cooling-Off Period' of 7 days after delivery of the product. Within this period a product can be returned without giving any reason. However, this can only be done under certain conditions.
- You must notify us with 7 working day of your intent to return under cooling-off.
- On approval the product must be returned within 14 days.
- The product must be returned in �perfect resalable condition� with all the accessories and manuals and in its original condition which includes the packaging.
- Products that are damaged, incomplete, used or have damaged packaging may be refused refund.
- The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer bears all cost and risk of shipping and transport. The right of withdrawal act only applies to personal account customers and does not apply to business account customers.
Where the Right to Cancel or Cooling-Off does not apply
- In the case of services, if performance has begun, with your agreement.
- Where the Products are made to your specifications (e.g. Personalised Gifts).
- For the supply of audio or video recordings or software which were unsealed by you.
- If the Products are opened or used.
- Where the order is cancelled outside of 7 working days.
- For Business customers.

Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

We only accept online orders using PayPal to ensure your security and privacy.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless the Supplier is negligent, the Supplier will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you to us.
